And they have been distributed on international television and platforms.<br \/>\nWe currently have projects in production and post-production development with European, national and regional funding.<br \/>\nFor 4 years we have been the organizers of the MajorDocs Film Festival. <\/p>\n<p><strong>What we are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A creative post-production manager who is passionate about documentary filmmaking to join our production company immediately. Its main mission will be to monitor projects from their development, production and post-production to their distribution and promotion. <\/p>\n<p>Among its functions are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Editing documentaries and other pieces, as well as trailers, promos or spots.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Basic post-production of certain parts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technical coordination of ongoing projects (formats, order and storage, disk backups, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Final master export tasks: subtitling, renderings for the different platforms (DCP&#8217;s, televisions, Vimeo, etc).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintenance of the production company&#8217;s technical material.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Film print coordinator during the MajorDocs Festival who concentrates on the reception and management of copies and materials.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge and complete management of the development, production and post-production processes of a documentary film.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">English and Catalan medium.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Residence in Mallorca.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proven experience in editing documentaries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Management of Adobe Premiere and Photshop.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we value<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creativity, assertive and effective communication.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowledge of color correction.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Basic sound post-production knowledge.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DaVinci management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After Effects management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">InDesign Management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Using Asana or other task managers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Discipline and order, with the ability to delegate correctly and make decisions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organizational ability to manage several activities and projects at the same time.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Send your CV and cover letter to:<br \/>\n<a href=\"mailto:rrhh@mosaicprod.com\">rrhh@mosaicprod.com<\/a> with subject &#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">MOSAIC POST-PRODUCTION&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Who we are Mosaic is a documentary film production company founded in Mallorca 15 years ago.
