Dufours signature Champagne from his home vineyards, comprised of three different vineyard sites in the Valle de lOurce, with the majority of fruit coming from around Landreville (80%) and the rest Celles sur Ource (10%) and Essoyes (10%). Soils are calcareous clay (from Jurassique Suprieur). 60% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Blanc. 85% of the wine is base vintage 2022, with 35% coming from a rserve perptuelle containing
