Made with 100% Organic Publican barley grown on Mid Coul Farms in Inverness. Matured in first fill bourbon barrels. Tasting Notes: Nose: Notes of Crme brulee, cataloupe melon, stoned fruit and lemon zest open on the nose. Oak and sweet fruit follow, expanding into mellow toasted oak, caramel, orange blossom, honey and malted barley sugars. Delicate floral notes of honeysuckle,
