2018 La Onda, Levantamuertos Pais, Sierra Foothills Lammidia stewedmeatsPas from Story Vineyard in Amador County, planted in 1894 near an old mining shaft. The vines are dry farmed and own rooted. This was Danis first attempt at working with Pais in California, although he has plenty of experience from working with it in Chile. Foot stomped, fermented whole cluster and then aged in used oak.
